In Silverstone geht das Formel-1-Team von Panasonic Toyota Racing mit dem "Dunklen Ritter" an den Start
Hamburg, 03.07.2008 - Dank der Partnerschaft zwischen dem Formel-1-Team von Panasonic Toyota Racing und Warner Bros. Pictures ist auch Hollywood am Wochenende beim British Grand Prix in Silverstone vertreten, um das Kino-Event des Sommer zu feiern: "The Dark Knight".
Die mit Spannung erwartete Fortsetzung des Action-Hits "Batman Begins" (2005) kommt am 21. August in die deutschen Kinos. Für "The Dark Knight" hat Regisseur Christopher Nolan erneut Hauptdarsteller Christian Bale - zu sehen in der Doppelrolle des Bruce Wayne/Batman - gewinnen können.
Die Kinopremiere von "The Dark Knight" nimmt Panasonic Toyota Racing zum Anlass, am kommenden Wochenende in Silverstone in neuem Look aufzutreten: Das "The Dark Knight"-Fledermaus-Symbol prangt auf den TF108s, den Overalls von Jarno Trulli und Timo Glock sowie auf dem Motorhome des Teams.
Doch damit nicht genug: Vor Ort in Silverstone dürfen die Fans auch das legendäre Batmobil und das neue Batpod bewundern. Außerdem wird man bei speziellen Media-Events die Spannung von "The Dark Knight" hautnah zu spüren bekommen.
Das Batmobil dreht am Donnerstagabend neben dem TF108 sogar einige Demonstrationsrunden auf der Piste - im Anschluss gibt es dann einen ganz besonderen Fototermin mit dem Batpod sowie Jarno Trulli und Timo Glock.

Nolan's "The Dark Knight" is another unforgettable offering from the visionary that defies all expectations by creating a serious "superhero" movie for grown-ups, one so grounded in a brutal reality you're left in a cold sweat by its stalwart refusal to cater to escapist fantasies. While one might hesitate to throw around overused words like "masterpiece," it's refreshing that "The Dark Knight" is not a movie that can be viewed and easily discarded like so much other summer fare.
Boah, wieso kommt der bei uns erst Ende August?
