US: What was your reaction after hearing Chris Brown was charged with two felonies?
Fenty: I don't know how to react. Chris is a very talented guy. I still think he's a little immature for Rihanna. Justice can never be served in this situation. He can't feel the pain she felt. I don't believe in hitting a woman. I hope everything works out better for them. I don't feel happy or sad. He's in the court's hands. Let justice prevail.
US: Have you seen the new police report that details Brown biting, hitting and threatening to kill Rihanna?
Fenty: I haven't seen anything. I hear so many things. I don't know what to believe until I see it myself. Rihanna's mother is telling me that she hasn't heard anything from her [Rihanna]. She said the last she heard Rihanna was well.
US: If those reports are true, how upset are you?
RF: I don't know what to say, honest to god. I've been hearing so many stories. I don't feel any pain anymore. I've gone numb. I've heard so much. But I can't get on to her. Her mother can't get on to her, her brother told me she changed her email. Somebody has a stranglehold on her. I'm lost.
US: I know you've been speaking with your daughter over text. Is she no longer reachable?
RF: I'll text the old numbers she had, and I call them. One girl answered, and she said, "This is not Robyn's number anymore." I asked, "Do you work for Robyn? Do you deal with Robyn?" And the girl hung up, so I don't know what's going on anymore. I'm lost.
Us: What was her last text to you?
RF: [She] said, "Daddy, I miss you." And that's it. And I could not reply. I saw a number and texted back, "I miss you too." And I didn't get another reply from her.
US: Obviously, you still support her.
RF: Yes, of course. Anyone in my family, I'm there for them. All of my kids, I'm there for them. Rihanna's no exception. All of them I would support. I would tell them where they go wrong, I'd chastise them when they do s--t, but to be honest with you they have their own life to live.
US: What would you say to Chris Brown if you saw him today?
RF: I would tell Chris, "Don't ever try again, don't even think about it." I'm hurt and disturbed at that scenario.

Sources tell us the woman who left the three-page text message on Brown's cell phone is Tina Davis. Davis -- who turns 40 this month -- was rumored to have had a relationship with Brown when he was 16. Brown and Davis have denied it.
Law enforcement tells us the text message to Brown talked about hooking up later -- and it totally pissed off Rihanna. She slapped and hit him and he then brutally fired back.
The detective's affidavit refers to the text message as being "from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with."

No one can say for sure whether Chris Brown and Rihanna are on the same page, but Brown apparently wants them to be on the same track.
The seemingly reconciled duo have been working on a duet that Brown is hoping to include on his new album, due out later this year, a studio source tells E! News. "They've been working on it together," the insider says.
We have also learned that award-winning record producer Polow Da Don, who has worked with Brown in the past, has been holed up with them at a Santa Monica recording studio for the past several days.
Count Will Smith, Fergie, Ciara, Usher and Ludacris among the artists Polow, who also penned the Pussycat Dolls' hit single "Buttons," has collaborated.
Reps for Brown and Rihanna have not yet responded to E! News' requests for comment.
In the meantime, while E! had learned that Brown's brief hiatus from music making ended more than a week ago and that he is currently working in Los Angeles on this upcoming album, Rihanna's readiness to record again had remained up in the air until this weekend.
Producer Adonis Shropshire said that the 21-year-old Grammy winner was also back in the studio.
"You have to remember, she's a kid still," he said. "So with anybody who goes through something in the world, you have to bring yourself out of it...I guess her refuge is her music."
Rihanna canceled a few performances in Asia in the week following Brown's Feb. 8 arrest for allegedly attacking her and has yet to make any (intentional) public appearances since.

It's no coincidence that Rihanna and Chris Brown are on opposite coasts right now. According to a source close to the couple, they have been "taking a break." The source tells E! News that the pair are not calling it a formal breakup, but have decided to put some distance between them. We are told they plan to see each other soon. Reps for both singers have not returned calls seeking comment on the break.
Last Thursday, Rihanna flew to New York City, where she, Brandy, Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly enjoyed a quiet dinner together at the Spotted Pig Friday night. Then on Saturday night, she dined with friends at Da Silvano. Meanwhile, Brown has remained in Los Angeles. Sources tell E! News that the "Kiss Kiss" singer has spent the entire time working on his album, most recently at the Record Plant in Hollywood.
"He's just putting ideas down for some songs he wrote," says a Brown source. "He needs to feel like he's moving forward."

Sängerin Rihanna war nicht im Gerichtssaal, berichtete "People.com". Am 29. April
muss Brown wieder vor der Richterin erscheinen.

With Rihanna set to break her silence in her assault case, Chris Brown reached a plea agreement that spared him jail time, it was announced Monday.
Brown, 20, will be sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community labor to be served in Virginia. He will also complete a year of domestic violence classes, and pay fines. In exchange, he pleaded guilty to felony assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury.
"Mr. Brown, I think it's commendable that you took responsibility for your conduct," said Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg.
Brown also was ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna – except at industry events, when it's 10 yards – despite a request from Rihanna's lawyer that the pair be allowed in the same place at the same time.
Formal Sentencing
If he violates probation, Brown will face four years in jail. His formal sentencing is set for Aug. 5, when the court will drop a second charge of making criminal threats.
Noting that Brown pleaded to a felony, Schnegg said, "I want Mr. Brown to be treated the same as any other defendant who would come into this court. That means something like Caltrans [trash pickup] or graffiti removal."
Brown had been charged with two felony counts – assault and making criminal threats – in the alleged fight that left Rihanna bruised and bloodied.
The plea deal was reached shortly before Rihanna, 21, was to testify under subpoena in a preliminary hearing.
Brown, wearing gray suit, off-white tie, and matching handkerchief in front pocket, entered the courtroom shortly after 1:30 p.m. About 10 of his friends and family, including his mother, were seated in the audience.
After the judge addressed him, Brown left the courtroom and Rihanna, wearing a black dress and pearls, was brought in for the judge to explain the plea deal terms to the singer. The two were never in the courtroom at the same time. She stood before Judge Schnegg who her that the court will consider reducing the stay-away order to the least-restrictive one after he's sentenced. Rihanna's only words in open court were: "Thank you, your honor," before she was led out a special exit.
Argument Led to Fight
According to a search warrant, Rihanna was assaulted during an argument that began when she read text messages from another woman on Brown's phone as they driving in a Lamborghini in L.A. the morning before the pair were both scheduled to perform on the Grammy Awards.
An enraged Brown allegedly tried to force her out of the car, hit her head against the passenger window, punched in her left eye and drove away while steering with one hand and continuing to punch her with the other, says the detective's notes in the search warrant.
As blood filled Rihanna's mouth, Brown allegedly told her, "I'm going to beat the s--- out of you when we get home. You wait and see!" Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there." The police notes say that prompted Brown to reply: "You just did the stupidest thing ever. Now I'm really going to kill you."

Er wollte das Ende der Gerichtsverhandlungen feiern, jetzt wird es ungemütlich
für R&B-Sänger Chris Brown (20). [...] Genau diese Sause könnte Brown jetzt
zum Verhängnis werden! Denn: In den USA ist es Personen unter 21 Jahren
nicht gestattet, Nachtclubs zu betreten. Ausnahmen werden nur erteilt, wenn
Chris Brown einen Auftritt hat.

Er hat während der Bewährung gegen das Recht verstoßen und da ist es egal ob das
Bestandteil der Auflagen war, denn sich an das Gesetz zu halten ist immer Pflicht.
