It's called RelationshipCourt.com -- and Chris is pretty confident Alba wouldn't have ended things if something like it existed back when they broke up ... telling us, he "always wished that someone would have mediated between Jessica and him so they at least could have stayed friends."

A pregnant Jessica Alba joined Sen. Frank Lautenberg to urge Congress to overhaul the law governing what chemicals are allowed in consumer products in time for her baby to benefit.
Alba said she first became interested in hazardous chemicals in consumer products when she was pregnant four years ago with her daughter, Honor.
"I was shocked to find out there a known toxins in products on our shelves," Alba said at a Capitol news conference where the Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families Coalition tried to put some "mom power" into its campaign for more regulation.
Federal law allows the use of chemicals in products unless the Environmental Protection Agency can prove they are dangerous, a time-consuming process that has only been used a handful of times in the past 30 years.
Lautenberg, D-N.J., is sponsoring the Safe Chemicals Act of 2011, which would require companies to prove that chemicals are safe before they could be introduced into the market.
Alba said the government "has to step up" and help parents who are worried about safety.
"I'm that mother who's up until 3 in the morning researching every product, from the mattress I'm sleeping on and my children on sleeping on to what we're spraying in the house to clean our countertops," Alba said.
With a 4-year-old and another child on the way, Alba said she barely has time some days to brush her teeth, and most other parents can't spend time researching household products.
"They're not aware that they can go out and buy something in any of their stores -- Target, WalMart, Macy's whatever they shop -- and it's not tested for chemicals and it's just not OK."
Dr. Leonardo Trasande, a pediatrician and researcher at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, said children are essentially being experimented on by product makers. Lautenberg said research has linked chemical exposure to disease in children.
"We ought not to permit those who would rob these children of their health to make a profit," Lautenberg said. He said the American Chemical Society has supported the framework of his bill, and he is seeking Republican co-sponsors before bringing the measure to a vote in the Environment and Public Works Committee.
"This has to pass. This is much more important than party allegiances," he said.

On preparing for her second child:
“The first time around, every moment was so new and terrifying and now I know what to expect. It’s like ‘It’s fine, I’ve been there before.’ With Honor, I was constantly asking myself ‘Is she moving? Is her heart beating?’ I’d worry about everything, and with this baby I don’t have the same anxieties.”
On balancing motherhood & her career:
“After I had Honor I didn’t leave the house for a while. It was all about changing diapers and feedings and still trying to get back in to the routine of my [acting] thing. I love what I do. But unless it’s worth it, I’m not going to spend time away from my daughter. Before I had her, work was all I had. Now it’s not.”
On the possibility of more kids:
“I just have to feel it out,” she says with a wink. “See how my 30s treat me. I just try to live in the moment.”
On showing off your shape:
“If you are sporting a pregnant belly, it’s better to show it than to hide it. If you look in the mirror and you look really wide and frumpy, then you’re going to appear really wide and frumpy. The more figure‐forming your clothes, even though you have more curves, the better. I like long, thin sweaters that kind of hide my hips and my booty, so there’s not a huge emphasis on how big they’re getting.”
On her insecurities:
“I was a lot more insecure when I was younger. I was very sensitive to criticism. Now I’m definitely a lot more self‐assured.” In 2008, she told Latina: “All of the stuff I got made fun of as a kid– bubble butt, fish lips, the dark skin – I’m proud of now.”
On landing her breakthrough role:
“I certainly knew the significance of Dark Angel because I knew how difficult it was just to get to that point. A lot of people didn’t even give me a chance based on how racially ambiguous I looked.”
On studying Spanish:
“I’ve definitely considered moving to a Spanish‐speaking country for a little while, even if it’s just a month or two, because I think at the end of the day that’s how you really learn.”

Jessica Alba has starred in action flicks, romantic comedies, and high school dramas. But don't ever expect to see her in a nude scene (sorry, guys). Jessica Alba may be undeniably sexy, but it wasn't until she actually had a baby of her own, she says, that she understood or appreciated her own sexuality. "I was quite shy with it," she says. "It wasn't something I embraced until I had my daughter. I saw how incredible and amazing it is to be a woman and to be able to create a life.
"There's a reason why certain areas of the body are desirable—because it all leads to reproduction. There's a science behind it all. It's not just to sell whatever you're selling on a billboard or a magazine or a movie."
Alba has strong feelings about nudity. In all her movies, she says, "At least I'm still covered. I'm wearing as much as a bathing suit. It's not like I'm naked. I'm not terribly comfortable with being in a bikini, but covering up my genitals is different than not covering up my genitals, at the end of the day. I do see a difference in that, to put it really frankly." Here, she poses in a satin gown by Derek Lam.
After her first pregnancy, Alba (shown here with hairstylist Danilo) worked hard to get back into shape, and she was successful—up to a point. "I can't ever get down to the weight I was before I had Honor," she says. "My body's just different. The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently. It's a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterward." She laughs. "Unless you're Gisele."
Alba was recently horrified by a tabloid story in which a young woman had sought to recapture the attention of an ex-boyfriend by being surgically altered to look more like the actress. "That's just so bizarre, because the physical is so fleeting anyway," she says. "And when you're in a relationship, the physical lasts for, maximum, two years. And then you don't care how attractive you are to that person—if they drive you nuts, they drive you nuts."
Danilo clipped in long extensions for some shots but removed them for the cover. "I wanted to work with the effortlessness of her bob," he says. He created spiral curls with a large iron, parted her hair on the side, and loosened the curls with a mixed-bristle brush. For the cover shot, Alba wore a silk-jersey-and-leather dress by Derek Lam.
Makeup artist Pati Dubroff used red and brown shades for "an ethereal, wood-nymph look." First, Dubroff dusted a reddish-brown-colored shadow on Alba's lids and swiped a glossy lipstick pencil on top. She then lined the actress's eyes with a brown pencil and applied a few coats of black mascara. Next, she swept a generous amount of rosy blush onto the apples of the cheeks. As a final step, the makeup artist used her fingers to tap on nude lipstick, which softened Alba's lip color.
For her Allure cover, Alba was photographed at Franklin Canyon Lake—a picturesque part of a 605-acre park overlooking the Los Angeles skyline. Her daughter, Honor, visited the set and stayed to watch her pose for a few shots.
At the cover shoot, Alba gave pregnant manicurist April Foreman tips on changing diapers. "You'll want to practice before you have the baby," she says. The actress joked with photographer Michael Thompson about her own bump—Alba was also pregnant when he shot her for the June 2008 Allure cover.
Alba, on approaching her thirtieth birthday: "According to some people, I peaked in my early 20s," she says with a chuckle. "I was like, 'Oh, really? I feel like I'm getting better.'"
