Teile eines männlichen Körpers werden außerhalb von Las Vegas gefunden. Nur der Kopf ist nicht auf zufinden. Wenig später findet das CSI den Kopf in einem Football-Helm, dieser Helm führt wiederum zu einer Gruppe Jugendlicher, haben sie etwas mit dem Toten zu tun?
